Return policy:

All discrepancies must be reported within 5 working days of receipt of merchandise. We will gladly accept returns for merchandise that is manufacturer defective or if merchandise was sent in error.

Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. (RAN)

There is a 25% restocking fee on items ordered in error.

If paid by credit card allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

NOTICE:

SPECIAL ORDERS AND LARGE QUANITIES

Large qualitiy and special orders will not be returnable/refundable and must be paid up front .

Items not returnable are:

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for consumable items unless they are defective or sent in error.

Shipping damages:

Any Item which arrives damaged is the responsibility of the carrier. In the event of damage during shipping, original packaging absolutely MUST be kept for inspection. This is imperative as UPS / Fedex will not refund insurance value to you without seeing original packaging. We will assist you with claims paperwork as needed.

Backorders

If for any reason products are unavailable, we will try to contact you by phone or e-mail. If you would like us to cancel the order, it must be done within 2 hours of being notified. PLEASE notify us immediately.

SHIPPING:

What is standard shipping ?

Package size and weight will determine standard shipping. Most packages weighing less than 2 pounds ship USPS (first class or priority). Any package weighing more than 2 pounds will ship UPS. That is why a "physical" home address is very important. UPS will not deliver to a post office box.

Sometimes we do ship videos and books USPS media mail.

How soon will your package be shipped?

Most packages will be shipped the next working day, Monday thru Thursday but please allow 48 hour during peak season. Any orders filled on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped first thing Monday providing items are in stock.

"BUY THE BULK" items may take up to 2 weeks to be delivered. Please order with this in mind. These items are drop shipped.

Vacation:

A couple of times a year we close to take a short vacation. We will always post the dates on the front pages of our web site. This way you will know well in advance.

Orders placed during vacation closures will be shipped promptly on our return.

Packaging:

As often as we can, we try to save money on shipping. We will never compromise the safety of our products reaching you in good condition by using less packaging.

There are times when problems do arise during shipping. When this occurs, we will do our best to rectify the situation.

We do buy new boxes for some items, but many come pre-boxed. They will be opened, inspected and repacked for safe shipping.

Don't be surprised to find our local news paper as packing material. News papers make great recycled shipping products.

Free Shipping:

Any free shipping items only pertain to the 48 connected states. You will be given a refund if outside this statement.

Notice:

Because of some minor abuses we now have a minimum $15.00 ordering purchase.

All phone orders for less will be charged a $2.00 fee
